We may change our fees and credit policies and the fees of our services from time to time. Our changes to the policy are effective after we provide you with at least 14 days notice of changes by posting the changes on an announcement board. However, we may choose to temporarily change our fees and credit policies for our services for promotional events. When you list an item or product you have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged for using our listing services. All fees are quoted in US dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our services.
Venue:
Our site acts as a venue to allow anyone to offer, sell and buy just about anything, any time, from anywhere in the pricing format of our services. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised. The truth or accuracy of the listing, the ability of sellers to sell items or products or the ability of buyers to buy items or products. We cannot assure that the buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
Identity Verification:
We cannot verify on the internet who is actually using this site or each user's identity. We also encourage you to communicate directly with the buyers or seller through the tools available on our site.
Release:

Responsibility of Advertisement:
Advertisers responsibility is to list items or products and be responsible for the listing statements.
Commitment Payment Terms:
By submitting an order for advertising on We sellI it Fast.com the advertiser agrees to be liable for the cost of such orders.
Refunds and Credits:
No refunds or credits will be issued after the ad campaign has been started or posted.
No Representation or Warranties:
All services provided to the advertiser are subject to these terms and conditions provided without warranties of any nature.
Legal Compliance:
You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statues, ordinances, and regulations regarding the use of our services on this site.
Arbitration:
Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or our services, excluding legal action taken by We sell it Fast.com to collect our fees or recovered damages for, or obtain an injunction related to, the We sell It Fast.com site operations, and our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. Should either party file any action contrary to this provision the other party may recover attorney fees and cost up to $1,000.00.
General:

You must email us when you stop your listing from running or want to stop using the service . At that time we will stop all service fees. It's that easy.
